Terms of Service
Last updated 30 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Digilife Software, Bandung, Indonesia ("Digilife", "we", "us") and the business that opens a store on Digilife F&B ("you", "the Store"). Digilife F&B is our ordering and operations platform for food and beverage businesses, available at https://dglfnb.com and on each store's own address.
1. The service
We provide an online storefront, ordering, payments set-up, kitchen and staff tools, inventory, reports and related features ("the Service"). Features may change as the Service improves. We may also offer optional add-ons, such as a mobile app published under your own Google Play and App Store accounts.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate details when you open your store and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for everything done under your store's accounts, including your staff's accounts, and for keeping passwords safe. Tell us straight away at support@dglfnb.com if you think an account has been misused.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement for your business.
3. Free period and fees
- New stores start with a free period. The length shown when you signed up applies (for founding clients: 3 months, with set-up included).
- After the free period the Service costs the price shown on https://dglfnb.com at the time you signed up (currently USD 49.99 per store per month), unless we agree otherwise in writing. Taxes may be added where required.
- We send invoices through our billing site, core.digilifesoftware.com, and you pay them from your store dashboard.
- Mobile app add-ons are priced separately (currently a one-time set-up fee and a fee per app update). Fees charged by Apple and Google for your developer accounts are paid by you to them directly.
- Fees already paid are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or we cancel the Service without cause.
4. Late payment and suspension
If an invoice is unpaid on its due date, your dashboard shows a reminder. If it is still unpaid after the grace period, we may pause your store: your customers will not be able to order until the invoice is paid. Paying the invoice un-pauses the store. We may also suspend a store that breaks these Terms or puts the Service or others at risk.
5. Payments from your customers
You connect your own payment provider accounts (such as Stripe, PayPal or Square) or take cash and bank transfers. Customer payments go directly to your provider account. We are not a party to those payments, and you are responsible for your provider's terms, fees, refunds, chargebacks and disputes, and for the prices and taxes you charge your customers.
6. Your content and your customers
- You own your menu, photos, branding, blog posts and other content, and your customer and order data. You give us permission to host, copy and display it only as needed to run the Service.
- You are responsible for your content and for your store's own legal pages (privacy, terms, refunds). We provide templates as a starting point, not as legal advice.
- For your customers' personal data we act as your processor: we handle it only to provide the Service and on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to break the law, sell illegal or dangerous goods, send spam, mislead customers, infringe others' rights, try to access other stores' data, or interfere with the Service's security or performance.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and secure and back up data regularly, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance is done at quiet hours where possible. Support is by email at support@dglfnb.com.
9. Ending the agreement
- You may stop using the Service at any time by telling us; paid periods are not refunded.
- We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously break these Terms or do not pay.
- After the agreement ends, you may ask for an export of your menu, customer and order data within 30 days. After that we may delete it, except where we must keep records by law.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows: the Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will tell you about important changes by email or in your dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
12. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking. If that fails, the courts of Bandung, Indonesia have jurisdiction.
