Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Digilife Software, Bandung, Indonesia ("Digilife", "we") handles personal information for Digilife F&B at https://dglfnb.com and on the stores it hosts.
Two roles
- For the businesses that use Digilife F&B (store owners and their staff) and for visitors to dglfnb.com, we decide how personal information is used. This policy describes that.
- For the customers who order from a store, the store decides how their information is used, and we process it on the store's behalf. Each store's own privacy policy (at /privacy on the store's address) explains that. Customers can contact the store, or us at support@dglfnb.com, with questions.
What we collect about store owners, staff and visitors
- Account details: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and the store you manage.
- Store details you enter: business name, address, contact details, menu, branding and settings.
- Billing details: invoices and payment status for your subscription. Payments are processed by PayPal through our billing site; we do not store card numbers.
- Messages you send us, including the contact form on dglfnb.com.
- Security and usage logs: IP address, browser, sign-in times and actions taken in the dashboard (the audit trail), kept to protect accounts and investigate problems.
- Website and advertising data on dglfnb.com: pages visited, device and browser, approximate location, and which search or ad brought you there. See "Analytics, advertising and cookies" below.
Why we use it
- To provide, secure and improve the Service and to support you.
- To open your store, verify your email address, send sign-in and password emails, and send service notices.
- To invoice you and manage your subscription.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use store customers' data for our own marketing.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the Service and its database worldwide.
- Our own mail server, which sends account and order emails.
- PayPal, for subscription payments through core.digilifesoftware.com.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics and Google Ads), for visitors to dglfnb.com, as described below.
- Payment providers a store connects (Stripe, PayPal, Square), for that store's customer payments.
- Professional advisers and authorities, when the law requires it.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
On dglfnb.com (not on the stores we host) we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how people find and use the site and to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups. These tools set cookies and similar identifiers.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we ask for your consent first. Until you accept, Google receives only cookieless signals without identifiers.
- Elsewhere these cookies are on by default, and you can turn them off at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
- When you sign up or send the contact form after visiting from one of our ads, Google may receive a hashed (encoded) copy of your email address to match the sign-up to the ad. Google cannot read it back as an email address.
- Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can also control ads personalisation at https://adssettings.google.com.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with Cloudflare, which may process it in several countries. We use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to that.
How long we keep it
Account and store data is kept while the store is active and for up to 30 days after it closes (so an export can be requested), then deleted, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
Security
Passwords are hashed, payment provider keys are encrypted, connections use HTTPS, and each store's data is kept separate from other stores'.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@dglfnb.com. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date.
